Failure is an opportunity
blaming solves nothing
find solutions not blame
“The insignificant man makes demands of others
the significant man makes demands of himself.”
The master fulfills her obligations
takes responsibility for her team
therein realizing the vision
thereby fulfilling the dream
The Tao has no favorites
